By subscribing to or using Car Lister Pro (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service

Car Lister Pro provides software tools, including a browser extension, designed to assist automotive sales professionals with importing vehicle inventory and creating listings on supported third-party platforms.

You are responsible for reviewing your listings for accuracy and ensuring that your use of Car Lister Pro complies with all applicable laws and the rules, policies, and terms of any third-party platforms you use.

2. Subscription and Cancellation

Car Lister Pro is offered as a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not automatically refund charges already incurred, except as provided by our Satisfaction Guarantee below.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our software. If the Car Lister Pro extension does not work as intended for you, contact us and we will provide a full refund of your most recent Car Lister Pro subscription payment.

This guarantee applies to charges made by Car Lister Pro and does not cover fees, expenses, or losses involving third-party services.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Car Lister Pro is an independent software service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Meta, Google, Chrome, your dealership management system (DMS), or other third-party platforms or service providers.

Third-party websites and platforms may change their features, policies, or technical systems at any time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with services outside our control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Car Lister Pro only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, share access credentials or API keys with unauthorized users, reverse engineer the software, or use the Service to publish fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content.

6. Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep Car Lister Pro reliable and functional, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, internet connectivity, third-party platform changes, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Lister Pro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service or from the actions, restrictions, suspensions, or changes of third-party platforms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Car Lister Pro after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
